Nedåt fast uppåt
Jag är nöjd! Ett kilo till ner och 7 cm mindre runt midjan! Bara att köra på! Känner mig stark och motiverad. Min kropp mår bättre och bättre. Hoppas på att vara under 90 nästa gång ☺️
